Images must be submitted via email or regular mail for consideration with the vendor application.
The work represented must be primarily created by the exhibitor.
The work(s) must be creatively modified by the exhibitor into its present state.
All work is displayed in a neat and professional manner.
Awards will be given to outstanding work in Arts/Crafts and Industry/Science. Ribbons will be awarded for 1st, 2nd 3rd and Honorable Mention.
If you would like to participate in awards, you need to pick up required informtion at the check-in booth on the morning of the show.
Awards will be judged be regional arts and industry professionals, in-booth. Judges may or may not choose to interact with exhibitors.
Vendors and exhibitors are responsible for their own liability insurance. Food vendors must provide proof of insurance with application. Vendors and exhibitors are responsible for claiming all applicable taxes.
6 AM to 8:45 AM. Complimentary coffee will be available and some volunteers will be on hand to help with set up. Vehicles must be parked and your booth must be open for business by 9 AM. Exhibitors and vendors must stay for the duration of the event, rain or shine and must come prepared for all weather including preparing booth with anchoring systems in the case of strong winds.
Show organizers have added a rain date in a effort to ensure booth holders have an opportunity to make their investment back. The rain date will be the following Sunday, July 29. All check-in procedures remain as previously described.
Refunds will ONLY be granted BEFORE July 1. There are absolutely NO refunds after July 1 for any reason, as facilities, insurance, administration, etc, have already been paid regardless of if the show is delayed or cancelled due to rain. Refunds issued prior to July 1 will be subject to a $5 processing fee.
10' x 10 foot booth spot. Exhibitors and vendors are responsible for all exhibit and display materials.
Up to 4 people can share pone booth. Please fill out registration form and pay for your fee individually. Note in your description the other people with whom you will be sharing.
As a way to honor and celebrate the people of South Paris with this event, we are offering a special rate for people who reside within the Town of Paris. Please note your physcial address in the descritpion field of the registration form.
In an effort to encourage young creators and makers to show their work, we are offering free booth spots to students. Please note your school and graduation year in the description field of the registration form.
To honor and celebrate the makers who have been at it longer than most, we are offering free spots to people 80 and over. Please note your birth date in the description field of the registration form.
Food vendors are required to provide a COI (certificate of insurance) with the registration form. Please use the file upload link to submit your information.
